Thank you for volunteering to lead a session. Please fill out the information below to start the process of creating your session's unique community page.

In addition to this information, we will need the following:

1. Your picture, preferably headshot, with dimensions of 120 pixels tall and 100 pixels wide

2. If applicable, a PowerPoint (.PPT) file that you want shown during the session

3. If applicable, any other documents (PDF, DOC, XLS, etc.) that would be helpful info for session participants
